Returns and refunds

You have 30 days from delivery to return anything unworn, unwashed and with its tags on, for a full refund of the item price.

How to return something

• Write to our customer service address with your order number and what you are sending back.
• We reply within one business day with a return address and instructions.
• Send the item back within 14 days of that reply.

Refunds

Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 business days of the return arriving with us, and appear on the statement as KESTRELROW.COM. We refund the full item price. Original shipping is refunded only when the return is due to our error or a fault.

Return shipping

Return postage is paid by the customer unless the item arrived faulty, damaged or was not what was ordered, in which case we pay it.

Exchanges

Exchanges for a different size or colour are treated as a return and a new order, so the size you want is not held while the parcel travels.

Faulty goods

If something fails through a fault in the material or the making within six months, write to us. We repair, replace or refund, and we pay the postage both ways.

Cancelling an order

An order can be cancelled in full for any reason before it ships, which is within 2 business days of ordering.
