Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we send the dispatch confirmation. If we cannot fulfil an order we cancel it and refund in full, and we say why.

Prices and payment

Prices are in USD and include no hidden charges. Shipping is shown before you confirm. Sales tax is added at checkout where applicable. Your card statement will show KESTRELROW.COM.

Availability

Stock counts can be wrong for a few hours after a busy day. If something sells out between your order and our packing bench, we tell you within one business day and refund that line in full.

Descriptions

Colours on a screen are not colours in daylight, and knitted goods vary slightly between runs. A variation of that kind is not a fault, though it is still covered by our 30 day return policy.

Returns

Liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud.

Prohibited use

The catalogue text and photographs are ours. Reselling our goods as your own brand, or reusing the photographs commercially, is not permitted.

Governing law

The laws of the State of Delaware, United States.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published here when you order.
